General Commercial Cleaning

PJS provides general commercial cleaning services using standard commercial-grade products. Many of your favorite cleaning brands like Pine-Sol, Lysol, Fabuloso, and more, come in commercial-grade formulas. If you have a favorite brand let us know and we will use them for your cleaning needs. Services include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting, wiping down surfaces, emptying trash and recycling receptacles, and filling and refilling toiletry dispensers. 

Residential Cleaning

We Do:

1. Bathrooms (whole Room)

2. Rugs (vacuum)

3. Kitchen (sweep, mop, wiping counters & fridge, Clean Microwave (inside & Out), wipe down windowsills,  table and chairs, blinds, phones, desk, trash, and sinks(clean & disinfect), stoves (outside only), and wiping & Dusting Cabinet.

4. Bedrooms - Floors, windows Dusting (top to bottom)

5. living rooms - Floors, windows, dusting top to bottom

We Don't:

Make beds, pick-up dirty laundry, wash dishes, pick up dog poop, move couches, walls, birdcages, tissue, soap, shower curtains.

we do encourage you to clean off your counters as we do not touch personal items.

***Should you request we move items there will be an additional charge!

Residential Add-On's

The following services can be added on to a residential contract:

windows, patio doors, fish tanks, spot clean walls, walkways, driveways, and decks.

As Needed Services

Don't need a contract but want services on a pre-scheduled as needed basis? We do have the option to schedule services on an as needed basis with a 72-hour notice requirement. 

Green Cleaning

PJS provides Green Clean commercial cleaning services that include; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles, and filling toiletry dispensers. For green cleaning, we use all natural cleaning products that are not only good for the environment but good for the health of you and your entire staff.
